You agree NOT to: use the Service to diagnose or treat; rely solely on MediQuery for medical decisions; use in medical emergencies (call emergency services instead); attempt to hack or compromise the Service; violate applicable laws.

MediQuery, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Serenyx Tech Private Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDIQUERY AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: any medical outcomes or health consequences; decisions made based on information from the Service; errors in AI-generated content; delays in seeking medical care. You use MediQuery at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiations, then mediation/arbitration or courts in India.
