Account: Email, password, name (if provided).
Health-related: Questions you ask, conversation history, any health information you voluntarily share.
Automatically: IP address, device/browser, session data, usage patterns.
We do NOT collect: government IDs, credit card data (if service is free), precise geolocation, biometric data.
We use it to: provide the Service; maintain accounts; improve quality; ensure security; enforce usage limits.
We do NOT use your information for: targeted advertising based on health; selling or renting your data.
We do not sell your data.
We may share limited information with: AI service providers (to generate responses; question text and context only); authentication providers (e.g. Google Sign-In); infrastructure providers. We may disclose if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We use encryption (HTTPS, hashed passwords), secure authentication, access controls, and rate limiting. No internet transmission is 100% secure; you provide information at your own risk.
Account and conversation data retained while your account is active. Usage logs: 6 months. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize data within 30 days; some data may be retained for legal/security purposes. Backups may persist for up to 30 days after deletion.

MediQuery is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if we discover such data, we delete it.
